Thomas Fenton Smith

Tom has practiced law in Delaware and Colorado for over thirty-five years.  He is a former Assistant Attorney General in both Delaware and Colorado, and he served as Pitkin County Attorney for seven years. He is now Town Attorney for the Town of Basalt and general counsel to the Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority.  Tom’s practice emphasizes civil litigation (real property, land use, contracts, and construction, local government law and land use law.
